Description
Kiminoi Ginjo, released under the romanized Kiminoi branding, is crafted by Kiminoi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture for an audience that appreciates the region's hallmark light and dry character. The ginjo-grade polishing of rice to at least 60% remaining and low-temperature fermentation create a sake with floral aromatics and a crisp, clean finish. Niigata's soft underground water, filtered through volcanic rock formations of the Myoko highlands, contributes to the sake's exceptional clarity.

Kiminoi Shuzo Co.,Ltd
Nigata
"Sake brewing that is generously put on". It is a brewery where the traditional technique of 175 years of founding is hard. It is a sake brewing using raw rice made in Niigata Myoko, a rice that is a snowy highlight and has the optimal conditions for making rice. I would like to expand the well products.
