KiyamaSyoten Co.,Ltd.
Saga
A small sake brewery located in the prefectural border of Fukuoka, the eastern end of Kyushu Saga Prefecture.
In the early Meiji era, it was Koyoyama Shoten that several local landlords began to make sake brewing together.
Utilizing the underground water and the rich natural blessings of Kimiyama, which springs out of Kinbuyama (Kizan), which is the main peak of the Saga spinal mountain system, we have been making sake brewing with the intention of making local people drink delicious sake. 。 The brand "Komine Tsuru" is named from the graceful appearance of a crane that dances a gently in the mountains of Kiyama, where the special historic sites of the country are flooded.
We have a strong commitment to raw rice and have been cultivating Yamada Nishiki by local contract farmers for about 30 years. We will continue to make brewing from Kiyoyama, which is always the irreplaceable nature, history, and culture of this area.
