Shizuoka Hiraki Sake Brewery is a new sake brewery found in 2012. The amount of alcohol in the first year is about 100 stones, which is the smallest in Japan. In addition to the traditional technology of Tori, the slight sake is carefully brewed by thorough quality control by modern technology such as air conditioning equipment and thermal tanks.
