From the brewery
Shizuoka Hiraki Sake Brewery is a new sake brewery found in 2012. The amount of alcohol in the first year is about 100 stones, which is the smallest in Japan. In addition to the traditional technology of Tori, the slight sake is carefully brewed by thorough quality control by modern technology such as air conditioning equipment and thermal tanks.

History
1955
Sake was brewed at a brewery in Nito, Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, under the predecessor company Hirashimaya (c. 1955).
1939
The sake wholesaler Hiraki Shoten was established in Ryogaecho, Shizuoka City (c. 1939).
1967
All brewing operations in Shizuoka were consolidated in Okayama Prefecture, continuing as Hiraki Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Showa 42).
2011
Shizuoka Hiraki Shuzo Co., Ltd. was established (September 7, 2011).
2012
A brewery was founded at the foot of the Abe River in Shizuoka City, resuming local sake brewing (2012).
2012
Obtained a sake brewing license (November 1, 2012).
