Heiwa Shuzo's prided daiginjo sake is made by polishing domestic Yamada Nishiki to 35% and brewed through long-term low-temperature fermentation. Its ability has left a brilliant record, winning consecutive regional trophies in 2014 and 2015 in the ginjo and daiginjo divisions of the "IWC" International Wine Challenge, one of Japan's largest sake contests. This trophy is also the highest honor that only 10 brands out of 876 brands can receive.
Fruity and clean — the perfect entry point into premium sake.
