Kichohonjozonamachozoshu

🍶
Description

This honjozo undergoes cold storage maturation (nama chozo) before release, allowing the sake to settle and develop a rounder, more integrated flavor than freshly pasteurized bottlings. Brewed at Ueda Shuzo in Nara's Ikoma district using local spring water and rice varieties including Yamada Nishiki and Nara's own Tsuyuhakaze.
