A sake from Tosa Shuzo's Keigetsu line, produced in the mountainous Tosareiho region of Kochi Prefecture where the brewery has operated since 1877. The brewery uses locally grown sake rice from surrounding terraced paddies and spring water from the mountain environment, aiming to produce sake that expresses its specific terroir.
