Description
This junmai daiginjo from Niigata is made with Yamada Nishiki and Gohyaku Mangoku rice polished to 50 percent, then bottled unpasteurized, non carbon filtered, and undiluted. Aromas of fresh white peach and pineapple lead into a silky texture with flavors of apricot and honeydew melon. This particular tank was set aside specifically for the US market, prized for its bright, layered fruit character.
