🍶
Description
This junmai ginjo nama genshu nigori is bold and intensely acidic, with creamy, coconut like tropical notes reminiscent of honeydew melon and crushed peanuts. An earthy, mineral quality on the finish gives it more complexity than a typical cloudy sake. At 18 percent ABV it drinks with surprising ease given its concentrated flavor.
