Bottled as a genshu without water addition, this sake from Shuuraku Shuzo in Chiba draws on the freshness of undiluted pressing to achieve a full-bodied, concentrated character under the Kaijin (Sea God) label. The brewery, associated with the coastal character of the Chiba Boso peninsula, leans toward bold, ocean-evoking expressions.

Hideaku Sake Brewery was born in the middle of the Meiji era in the former Kamogawa Town, Chiba Prefecture.
The founder, Kinjiro Atsumi, accompanied by the Meiji Restoration and Yokosuka feudal lord Nishio, and moved to the area in search of the best spring water in the Boso Kamogawa.
"The good thing about water is also delicious rice."
Our Hideaku continues to provide sake that meets modern needs with the motto of the spirit of "enjoying excellent sake" while protecting the traditional taste of the founding.
