Description
Kai Honjozo Namagenshu is a freshly pressed, undiluted honjozo from Yoro Shuzo in Yamanashi, the prefecture's smallest sake brewery, where a single brewer-owner handles production alone. Drawing on Fuefuki River alluvial soft water and traditionally pressed in wooden-frame tanks, it delivers a powerful natural alcohol level exceeding 20 degrees alongside a sweet, mellow mouthfeel.
