Description
Junmai Daiginjo Sake sold exclusively in Yamagata Prefecture. The Yamada Nishiki is polished to 40 %, the alcohol content is 14 degrees, which is lower alcohol than other products. It features gorgeousness reminiscent of honey and sweet fruit and the fragrance of fresh dairy products. The soft mouthfeel and aroma harmonize, and the pleasant bitterness like citrus enhances the taste.
