Description

This issho-bin (1.8L box format) Sumiyoshi junmai uses Yamagata rice polished to 60% and follows Taruhei Syuzo's tradition of cedar barrel finishing and non-carbon filtration. The result is a dry, full-flavored junmai with a gentle woody note and the brewery's signature golden color.
