Description
An issho-bin (1.8L format) junmai in the Sumiyoshi line, made from Yamagata rice polished to 60% and finished in Yoshino cedar barrels. Taruhei Syuzo uses no carbon filtration across all products, so this sake carries the natural golden color and cedar-influenced character that define the house style.
