It is a pure rice sake that uses 100 % of Okayama's special Omachi rice. Using yeast that emphasizes the balance of flavor, it is mellow and umami, and is ideal as a food sake. Since it is a raw sake, please keep it in the refrigerator, cool it and drink as soon as possible.
