Special Junmai Sake "Kinokuniya Bunzaemon" is a hot dry, all of which use Yamada Nishiki. In order to leave a body feeling like Yamada Nishiki, both koji rice and rice and rice have been polished to 60 %, and the aftertaste has a sharp taste so that it is easier to match in food. The degree of sake is 16 degrees, but it does not feel the [alcohol feeling], and it has a sake quality that does not get tired of drinking.
