Description

Junmai Ginjo Kakumagawa is a ginjo-grade pure rice sake from Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery, named for the Kakumagawa river that supplies the brewery's brewing water. Akita's cold climate enables extended, low-temperature fermentation that develops the delicate fruity aromas characteristic of ginjo sake. The junmai classification ensures the flavor profile is driven entirely by rice and koji without added alcohol.

We are pursuing the world of sake that is newly expanded by aging. I would like to spread that sake has great power by lying down sake, plum wine, and sleeping made using aged sake.
