Description
Ichiban Fukuroshibori Daiginjo Kakumagawa is a premium daiginjo from Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery, pressed using the fukuroshibori drip-press method in which the moromi mash is hung in cloth bags and sake drips out naturally under gravity. This labor-intensive technique, reserved for top-tier daiginjo, minimizes oxidation and produces an exceptionally delicate, pure sake. Named for the Kakumagawa river, it reflects Akita's pristine water heritage.
