The origin of the name "Taikan" is named by "Taikan", which was bitten by a commissioned military person celebrating the future. Sake and crown that were so named to match the celebration. The founding has a history of more than 120 years in 1873. The warehouse is located in the Southern Alps, and in a clean environment.
