Brewed with Tsuya Hime ('Lustrous Princess'), a premium Yamagata rice variety prized for its glossy, delicious grains, polished to 58% for sake use, this Junmai Ginjo from Azumanofumoto was developed in collaboration with Tohoku University of Technology. The name Nandodemo means 'enjoyable every time,' reflecting its approachable, slightly dry character suited to repeated drinking.
