Description
JuJunmaimurokanamagenshu Hatsugasumi is a pure rice sake from Kubohonkeshuzo in Nara that is unfiltered through activated charcoal, unpasteurized, and undiluted, preserving the raw, concentrated flavors of the fermentation vessel. The muroka designation means no charcoal filtration, retaining natural color and flavor compounds that would otherwise be removed. As a namagenshu, this sake is both unpasteurized for freshness and undiluted at full fermentation strength, resulting in a bold, layered character.
