Description

Fukurozuri, a bag-pressing technique that allows sake to drip under its own weight without applied pressure, is used here to produce a genshu of exceptional purity and delicacy at Okuda Shuzoten in Daisen, Akita. This junmai ginjo is released undiluted, retaining the full concentration of the unpressed sake.
