Description

Named for Uwajima's famous ox-demon festival, this sake from Meimon Sakai in Ehime was established through a 1971 merger of three southern Iyo breweries with roots traceable to 1592. It is brewed with soft water from the water-rich Ainan district and presents a clean, lightly dry character suited to everyday drinking.
