Josen Fukumusume is an upper-grade table sake from the Fukumusume Nada label, brewed by Oenon's Fukutokucho subsidiary using traditional methods passed down since 1681. Light, smooth, and intended for easy daily drinking, it serves well both warm and at room temperature.
