Josen Bushonohomare from Kiyosuzakura Brewery in Kiyosu, Aichi, is an everyday-grade sake named to honor the warrior spirit of the Nagoya area's famous warlords. Kiyosu was the castle town of Oda Nobunaga, and this standard-grade sake draws on that regional identity.
