Description
Joku Junmai Ginjo Murokanama is released unfiltered (muroka) and unpasteurized (nama) from the Gonohe Factory of Hachinohe Shurui, preserving the sake's fresh-pressed aromatics and natural complexity. Brewed with Aomori-grown Hanaomoi rice and Yeast No. 10, developed at the Hachinohe brewery, it expresses the region's characteristic balance of fruit and umami. The muroka process retains more of the natural rice character, giving the sake a rounded, texturally rich body.
