Description

Junmai ginjo named after the Jangara Nenbutsu Odori, a traditional Buddhist folk dance long celebrated in Iwaki, Fukushima. Brewed using 100% Fukushima and Iwaki-grown rice fermented with Fukushima yeast, and pressed slowly through the traditional sasé-shiki wooden press. Quiet aromatics on the nose lead to clean, lightly sweet flavor with a mild, composed finish.
