Description
A small-batch ume liqueur from Seiryo Shuzo in Saijo, Ehime, limited to approximately 1,500 bottles per year in 1.8L format. Fully ripened Nanko-ume from a veteran local grower are selected individually after naturally falling from the tree, then steeped without filtration to preserve the sweet-tart intensity of the fresh fruit, with a peachy aroma and a clean finish that reflects the soft Ishizuchi spring water used throughout the brewery.

Ehime
Focus on the kind of food that feels kind. The warehouse gave birth in a turbulent era that changed from Edo to the Meiji era. Seiryu Sake Brewery, which originated from the job of keeping the key to the local Shoya's warehouse and switched to a sake brewing industry. With the philosophy of "sake is made with dreams and hearts", we make food that is not tired.
