Iyokagiya Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Fukurotsuri Tobingakoi Origarami - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Seiryo Syuzo Co.,Ltd, Ehime
Description

Pressed entirely by the traditional fukuro-tsuri bag-drip method, this junmai daiginjo from Seiryo Shuzo is collected as gravity-dripped drips without mechanical pressing, then bottled muroka (unfiltered) with origarami (light sediment) retained. The bag-drip technique yields a notably smooth, delicate texture with concentrated rice sweetness, balanced by lively acidity.

Focus on the kind of food that feels kind. The warehouse gave birth in a turbulent era that changed from Edo to the Meiji era. Seiryu Sake Brewery, which originated from the job of keeping the key to the local Shoya's warehouse and switched to a sake brewing industry. With the philosophy of "sake is made with dreams and hearts", we make food that is not tired.
