Description

Inenokuninoinenosake (稲の国の稲の酒), meaning the rice sake of the rice nation, uses Tsuyubakaze, a rice variety developed in Nara, polished to 50% for this 2014 vintage Junmai Daiginjo Murokagenshu. From Choryu Shuzo on the Yoshino River in Nara, this aged, unfiltered genshu expresses the deep, terroir-rooted philosophy of brewing exclusively with Nara-developed ingredients.
