Ubusuna Homase
Description

In recent years, a rare sake that has been miraculously reprinted and naturally cultivated by its own farmland and Kikuchi River water -based farmers. The gorgeous aroma reminiscent of bananas and pine, the benefits of the land unique to the land, and the nuances of microorganisms such as yeast are just one and only sake. [Honase] "Huzomu" is a Kumamoto Higashi -Higo rice that has been revived in recent years. In 1830, it was seeded in the Higo Country (now Kumamoto Prefecture) in the Edo period, and was cultivated in Kyushu, mainly in the Higo country. At the end of the Edo period, the highest price was recorded many times as "Tenka Daiichi Rice" at the Osaka Doshima U.S. Association. In 2017, farmers in Kumamoto Prefecture succeeded in resurrection cultivation from only 40 seeds.
