Description

The native variety 'Higo Kabashiko,' revived over three years, lives up to its name with a high rice aroma, spreading a noble fragrance to the neighbors when steamed. The characteristics of the rice aroma, rather than the aroma derived from yeast, create an aftertaste, making it a truly unique sake that inspires the pursuit of food pairings previously unexplored
