Description
"Tenjiku" is a series that aims for "ideal sake", which is considered by parallel sake brewing using rare sake rice. The gentle fragrance of fruit, the delicate sweetness and umami from rice spread in the mouth, and the rich taste, refreshing citrus sour and bitterness is added in a well -balanced manner, and it has a calm and voluminous yet refreshing aftertaste. The characteristics of Aiyama are well reflected.
