Hitakami Ginjo Usunigorinama - Ginjo sake from Hirako Shuzo Co,.Ltd, Miyagi
Description

Hitakami Ginjo Usunigori Nama is a lightly cloudy, unpasteurized ginjo from Hirako Shuzo in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, where fine suspended yeast sediment gives the sake a soft, milky appearance. The namasake treatment preserves lively freshness, while the usunigori character adds gentle creaminess and a hint of residual sweetness to the clean, fruity ginjo base.
