Description
Hitakami Daiginjo Nakadori Venetian Bottle is the prized center cut (nakadori) of the pressing run bottled in a distinctive Venetian glass container, produced by Hirako Shuzo in Ishinomaki, Miyagi. The nakadori fraction, taken from the middle of the press, offers the purest, most refined expression of Yamada Nishiki at daiginjo polish levels, free from the heavier compounds of the first and last pressings.
