A superbly transparent and clean Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo with over 50% rice polishing, offering a beautiful harmony of aroma and flavor. It made me reconsider what truly defines the character of 'Yamahai'... and I'm still pondering it. It has been crafted into an elegant gold Konjiki.
