Description
Himenoi Hatsushibori Kameguchishu from Iwa Shuzo in Niigata is the first pressing of the season (hatsushibori) drawn directly from the cask mouth (kameguchi) without pump transfer, preserving the most natural and vibrant state of the freshly pressed sake. The hatsushibori release is a beloved Japanese sake tradition marking the beginning of the new brewing year, prized for its fresh, lively, and unpolished character. This limited seasonal expression from Takayanagi captures the raw energy of Niigata winter brewing.
