Hibabijin Junmaishu Namachozoshu Tokusen is a special selection pure rice sake from Hibabijin Shuzo in Hiroshima that is stored unpasteurized (namacho) to preserve fresh, vibrant flavors throughout maturation. This single-pasteurization approach retains lively aromas and a youthful quality while allowing gradual flavor development not found in fully pasteurized sake.
