Description

Use of rice and rice koji. It is the basics of sake brewing, but there are sake made with the same components. That is Doburoku. It is a sake that can be said to be the ancestor of Japanese sake brewing. Unlike sake, Doburoku, which does not dry, is a liquor served by God. In the old days, it was built in various parts of Japan. There was a time when it was synonymous with secret sake due to strict management under the liquor tax law, In recent years, the culture of Doburoku has revived due to the ban on the special zone of Doburoku, and the position of "farmers" sake. I'm back. "Peace Doburoku" expresses the softness of rice and the beauty of Wakayama's water. This time it is a test work, but I think it has become a well -balanced dull. Please enjoy the beautiful and soft mouthfeel, the richness of rice unique to rice, sweetness, and comfortable gas.

Heiwa Shuzo Co.,LTD.

Wakayama
"I want to deliver the climate of Kishu" "I want to convey the charm of sake to those who are not familiar with sake." From such thoughts, by expressing the soft and beautiful water of Wakayama, the "Kido" with a good taste and gentle taste was born. Through sake brewing, the tradition and culture of "Wakayama" and "Japan" to the world are transmitted. By delivering sake that is particular about high -quality manufacturing, the culture of sake is taken root not only in Japan but also in the world. That is the philosophy of peace and sake brewing. In the warehouse, a young brewer with an average age of 31 is passionate and facing sake brewing. How can I make good sake? How can we deliver more delicious sake? Peace Sake Brewery will continue to challenge and continue to grow.
