Description
Hatsugasumi Junmai is a pure rice sake from Kubohonkeshuzo in Nara Prefecture, one of Japan's oldest sake-producing regions with a brewing history spanning over a millennium. Nara brewers traditionally favor rich, full-bodied styles that pair well with local cuisine, and this junmai follows that regional character. Brewed without distilled alcohol additions, the sake expresses the natural umami depth derived from rice and koji fermentation.
