100 % of the rice from Shizuoka Prefecture was used, and the yeast was brewed using yeast Shizuoka Prefecture. It is a pure rice sake that has a slightly dry sake degree of sake, but has a plump rice scent. A refreshing scent reminiscent of a blue apple, and the scent of raw materials reminiscent of rice cooked in the mouth. Because of the dry finish, the remaining sugar is characterized by a small and condensed rice -derived taste. Unlike general dry sake, it expresses dryness by acid sharpening. After feeling the gentle sweetness, there is an acid that cuts out clearly, and it feels moderate bitterness and mineral with a lingering taste. If you cool it firmly, the acid will increase and you will feel faint.
