Description

Feel the banana, melon, calm flower scent, and when you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fragrance of cooked rice, honey, ripe fruit, and a solid flower like lilies. The impression when included is a very soft and elegant impression. The gentle and deep sweetness spreading in the mouth. Next, delicate fine acids complement the richer sweetness. After the sweetness has passed, moderate bitterness and astringency appear. This taste, which is felt after a pleasant sweetness, has a role in pushing up the main sweetness, and also serves as a sharpness to the whole. The bitter feeling that remains moderately in the lingering sound enhances the taste of the dishes to match, and stirs the desire to enjoy that sweetness again. It can be said that it embodies the contrast between sweetness and bitterness.
