Fine and calm sourness. A bitter taste with the umami that gently leads to the finish. Finally, feel minerals. After -sales feels the scent of white peach. Co -starring with sweetness reminiscent of melon before ripening and sweetness derived from the rice. Overall soft and small taste, moderate acidity awakens the gentle sweetness in the first half.
