🍶
Description

It has a refreshing scent, a young blue apple and a prince melon scent. The sweetness derived from the rice and the exquisite rice scent unique to 45 % of rice polished rice is noticeable. It is combined in a very well -balanced state. The mouthfeel is low in acid, less unpleasant, and the bitterness of rice is faint. I feel a supple acidity in the middle. At the end, moderate bitterness and astringency appear and enhance the sweetness of rice, which is the subject. Unlike Daiginjo, which is just a general fruity, it is a hybrid liquor that is flexible but powerful with the taste of rice.
