Yuzubiyori is a sake from Hamafukutsuru in Nada, Hyogo, crafted with yuzu citrus, a Japanese citrus fruit prized for its bright, floral aroma and tart acidity. The pairing of sake with yuzu is a traditional approach found particularly in western Japan. This expression blends the refreshing zest of yuzu with the clean backdrop of Nada brewing.

The name was also resumed as the famous sake "Fukuren".
Nowadays, we are making a small preparation, mainly Ginjo sake, and a shaped brewing that is close to handmade.
