Description

Hagino Tsuru Tokubetsu Junmai from Hagino Shuzou in Kurihara, Miyagi, is a special-grade pure-rice sake polished beyond the standard junmai requirement, highlighting the clean, food-pairing character that the brewery has pursued since 1840. The brewery draws soft water from its own mountain spring and sources Kuranohana and Miyamanishiki rice to create sakes with minimal astringency and a satisfyingly dry, lingering finish. This Tokubetsu Junmai occupies the daily table sake category, brewed with the same care as the brewery's premium releases.
