Description

Hagino Tsuru Tezukuri Junmaishu is a handmade pure-rice sake from Hagino Shuzou, produced in the small-batch artisan style that defines this 1840-founded Miyagi brewery. Tezukuri ('handmade') emphasizes the manual care applied at each stage of the brewing process, from koji cultivation to pressing. With 98% of the brewery's output being junmai, this expression is core to Hagino Shuzou's identity, built on Kuranohana and Miyamanishiki rice and the Ryodosawa natural spring.
