Description

Hagino Tsuru Junmai Daiginjo is brewed at Hagino Shuzou in Kurihara, Miyagi, where the brewery was established in 1840 beside a historic inn on the Oshu highway. With 98% of total production classified as junmai, the brewery is deeply committed to pure-rice brewing, and this daiginjo expresses that philosophy at its most refined. Soft spring water from the brewery's mountain property and Kuranohana rice from Miyagi yield a sake with elegant floral aromatics and a silky finish.
