Description
Goshun Daiginjo is the premium expression from Goshun in Ikeda City, Osaka, an ancient sake-brewing city whose brewing tradition rivaled Nada and Itami in the Edo period. The brewery is named after Matsumura Goshun (1752-1811), the Ikeda-born painter who founded the Shijo school, and the daiginjo carries that artistic refinement through meticulous cold fermentation.
