Description

Omachi rice, polished to 60%, forms the base of this ginjo hiyaoroshi from Okayama, the birthplace of the Omachi variety. Hiyaoroshi releases are single-pasteurized and aged through the summer, allowing the Omachi's naturally full-bodied, earthy richness to round out before the autumn release.
